As a musician
he has opened for the likes of De La Soul, Saul Williams and Stephen Fry, performing at venues including Barbican, Roundhouse, Brainchild and OnBlackheath Festival.
He has released an EP and an album as a bandleader on vocals
and sax, with three solo projects prepared for release in 2019.
He hosts The Prop Up, a neurodiverse night of monthly improvised live music in east London.
As an academic
he has published articles and creative work in national and international academic journals, is a TEDx speaker and has lectured on the arts in healthcare at universities and international conferences.
As a faciltator
he hosts workshops in wards, schools and conferences exploring improvsation and expressive writing. He also produces science-meets-art events in collaboration with Science Gallery London and the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
